This would be one of my favorites if the flaw was not so transparent, literally. When applying the transparent fill after having grouped the image when all previously unwanted elements were thought to be removed, I find a tire has been swallowed and stuck in my throat. That gray pattern oval was an illustrated tire on a car that was horribly rendered and left behind to sink into the layers. It could be left unmentioned and just the artist's variation on a shadow, but the point is to organize and foresee these happenings while undo is possible.
